Compax Software Development GmbH (“Compax“) values the protection of your personal data and the compliance with legal data protection regulations. The collection, processing and usage of any personal data takes place in accordance with the current legal regulations as well as with the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

If you contact us, either by using a form on our website or via email, the personal data associated with the request is stored for the purpose of handling your inquiry. Such data will not be relayed without your consent.

Data security by technical and organizational measures

Compax will provide security according to article 28 (3) (c) and 32 GDPR in conjunction with article 5 (1) GDPR. The measures to be taken are concerning the data security and the warranty of the level of protection appropriate to the risk as regards the confidentiality, integrity, availability and capacity of the systems. The technical and organizational measures are subject to technical progress or development and are continually optimized.

Data transmission to third parties

There is no data transfer to third parties without the consent of the affected person.

Your rights

You are entitled to the right of access, correction, removal, limitation, data transfer, retraction and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data is in conflict with the legal data protection regulation or that your right to data protection is violated in any other way, you can file a complaint with the responsible authority. In Austria, this is the Austrian Data Protection Authority.

Newsletter

You have the possibility to sign up for our newsletter on our website. By subscribing to the newsletter, you agree that all data will be processed during the course of sending the newsletter for advertising purposes. Upon signing up for our newsletter, you will receive a confirmation email containing an activation link to finish the subscription process. You may revoke the subscription at any time without giving a reason by clicking the unsubscribe link at the end of each newsletter or by sending an appropriate email to office@compax.com.

For sending and analyzing our newsletters, we use the software Hubspot by Hubspot, Inc.. Hubspot records the opening and clicking behavior. Specifically, the following information is tracked: time of delivery, time of opening, duration of opening, used email program (mail client), which link was clicked and the time of the click. The storage and processing of this data takes place exclusively to be able to send relevant content to the recipients. These data are processed exclusively within the European Union and are not passed on to third parties or merged with other data. The data will be stored until the recipient unsubscribes from the newsletter.

Google Analytics and Google Ads

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc, (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google"). The use includes the "Universal Analytics" operating mode. This facilitates the assignment of data, sessions and interactions across several devices to a pseudonymous user ID and thus the analysis of a user's activities across devices.
Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to allow the website operator to analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. This website uses the Google AdWords remarketing service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). This service advertises on third party websites (including the Google Display Network) to previous visitors to our site. It could for example mean that we advertise to previous visitors who haven’t completed a task on our site. This could be in form of an advertisement on sites in the Google Display Network. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on someone’s past visits to our website. Of course, there won't be saved any personal data from the website visitors.
